IR Legal is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Anjali Rasgoti as Consulting Principal, strengthening the firm’s expertise in Estate and Succession Law, Probate, Estate Administration, and Mediation.

Dr Rasgoti is a highly experienced lawyer, nationally accredited mediator, and Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner. She holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Wills & Estates from the NSW College of Law and brings over 14 years’ experience advising individuals and families on estate planning, succession, probate, and the administration of estates.

She is widely recognised for delivering personalised, high-quality legal advice and for guiding clients through complex and sensitive matters with clarity, empathy, and professionalism. Dr Rasgoti adopts a practical, client-centred approach, with a strong focus on protecting assets, minimising conflict, and achieving durable outcomes.

In addition to her legal practice, Dr Rasgoti has conducted more than 1,000 mediations and dispute resolution matters, earning a strong reputation for resolving disputes through cooperative problem-solving, innovative resolution strategies, and effective communication.
