Ismail Rasheed
After graduating from the University of Waikato in New Zealand, Ismail Rasheed started his legal career in New Zealand as a Tax Lawyer. He has also worked as an Immigration Consultant and later as an Immigration and Tax Law Specialist practising on his own account. In his law practice he predominantly focuses on Immigration, Commercial and Tax Laws. He also advises on Employment Laws relating to immigration matters. In addition, he offers specialist legal assistance for in-house legal teams and businesses. He has 24 years’ legal experience as a law practitioner.
He is a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand, Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland, and Solicitor of the High Court of Australia.
He practises law in Australia and New Zealand.

Beatrice is in her final year of pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at the University of Canterbury. Beatrice holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology. With robust legal experience, she has conducted comprehensive legal research, drafted court documents, and provided essential support in various legal matters. Her passion for family law shines through her role as a Legal Caseworker at a Community Law Centre where she advised on family-related issues and helped to achieve successful outcomes in complex disputes.
As a dedicated advocate for social justice, Beatrice serves as the President of Thursdays in Black UC, leading efforts to combat sexual and domestic violence within tertiary institutions. Her leadership extends to governance and human resources, having played a pivotal role as Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees and HR Executive Director of a charitable trust. Fluent in both English and Tagalog, Beatrice seamlessly combines her legal expertise with a strong commitment to community service and social justice.
Pascal Ting
With a solid background in business development, Pascal understands the importance of maintaining strong client relationships. A graduate of the University of Auckland with a degree in Business Administration and Travel & Tourism, Pascal is committed to ensuring that client needs are met with precision and timeliness.
