Tamara King is a senior legal practitioner with extensive experience advising clients across financial services, fintech, and regulated technology environments. She specialises in delivering practical, commercially focused legal and compliance solutions for businesses operating in complex and evolving regulatory landscapes.

Tamara’s expertise spans AML/CTF programs, platform and app legal frameworks, software integration, and risk management compliance. She regularly advises on data security and privacy laws, regulatory change management, and business migration strategies, supporting organisations through periods of growth, transformation, and regulatory scrutiny.

With a strong background in banking products and global wealth management, Tamara assists clients with participant licence applications and regulatory obligations under the Corporations Act, ASX Market Integrity Rules, and ASIC Market Integrity Rules. She is also highly experienced in commercial contract negotiation and dispute resolution, bringing a strategic and solutions-focused approach to complex legal matters.

Tamara holds a Bachelor of Laws from Bond University and Bachelor of Commerce from Flinders University, she is known for her ability to bridge legal, regulatory, and operational considerations to deliver outcomes that align with her clients’ commercial objectives.
