Joshua Brown is an experienced legal professional, known as “The Contractors’ Contract Lawyer”, with a strong background in construction, procurement, and commercial law. Educated at the Queensland University of Technology, Joshua completed both his law degree with honours and his practical legal training before being admitted to practise in Queensland.

With a career spanning roles as General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer, Joshua has delivered strategic legal leadership across the construction, procurement, and financial services sectors, including insurance. He has developed a keen focus on contract and commercial negotiation, construction law, dispute resolution, privacy, and competition law, providing commercially astute advice that balances risk with opportunity.

Beyond the office, Joshua enjoys travelling, keeping active, and spending quality time with his wife and daughter. A dedicated fan of both the NBA and NRL, he brings the same passion and energy to his legal work that he does to the court and the field.
