Michelle is a senior solicitor with over 18 years of experience in the legal industry. She began her career at just 17, building a strong foundation in general practice before progressing into the mortgage and conveyancing sector. Since her admission to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in July 2008, Michelle has developed a diverse and well-rounded practice, including operating as a sole practitioner and working across boutique and mid-tier firms.

Michelle practises across Family Law (uncontested matters), Wills and Estates, Employment Law, and Conveyancing, delivering practical, client-focused legal solutions. Her expertise includes property transactions across New South Wales, Queensland, and Victoria, business sales and acquisitions, and a broad range of commercial matters.

She also brings significant experience in wills and estate planning, including powers of attorney and enduring guardianship documents, as well as probate, estate administration, and family provision claims. In family law, Michelle advises on consent orders, binding financial agreements, non-contested applications, and divorce proceedings, offering clear and efficient pathways for clients.
