Tamara is a senior legal practitioner with extensive experience advising clients across the financial services, fintech, and regulated technology sectors. She is recognised for delivering practical, commercially focused legal and compliance solutions to businesses operating in complex and evolving regulatory environments.

Her expertise includes the development and implementation of AML/CTF programs, legal frameworks for platforms and applications, software integration, and risk management compliance. Tamara regularly advises on data security and privacy, regulatory change management, and business migration strategies, supporting organisations through periods of growth, transformation, and heightened regulatory scrutiny.

With a strong background in banking products and global wealth management, Tamara assists clients with participant licence applications and ongoing regulatory obligations under the Corporations Act, ASX Market Integrity Rules, and ASIC Market Integrity Rules. She is also highly experienced in commercial contract negotiation and dispute resolution, bringing a strategic, solutions-driven approach to complex legal matters.

Tamara holds a Bachelor of Laws from Bond University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Flinders University. She is known for her ability to bridge legal, regulatory, and operational considerations to deliver outcomes that align with her clients’ commercial objectives.
