Umair brings a strategic and results-driven approach to legal practice, with a strong focus on delivering commercially sound outcomes for clients. Backed by solid post-admission experience, he has developed a reputation for providing practical, solution-focused advice across a broad range of legal matters.

His expertise spans complex civil disputes, serious criminal matters, traffic offences, intervention orders (IVOs), and consumer law claims, as well as property transactions and conveyancing. Umair is recognised for his meticulous case preparation, confident advocacy, and ability to navigate challenging legal issues with precision and clarity.

Throughout his career, Umair has successfully secured favourable outcomes for clients, including the withdrawal of multiple criminal charges through strategic challenge to evidence and witness credibility, and the resolution of high-value disputes under Australian Consumer Law.

Fluent in English, Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi, Umair is committed to building strong client relationships and ensuring clients are informed, supported, and confidently represented at every stage of their matter.

Umair holds a Bachelor of Laws from Victoria University and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from Federation University, along with Practical Legal Training from The College of Law.
